Indoor hitting bays
Season Golf has a total of 48 hitting bays across two floors, with shot distances ranging from 32 to 45 meters. This longer hitting distance allows you to get a better sense of your shot characteristics.
The 24 hitting bays on the ground floor are freely available without reservations.
- The upper floor features more advanced hitting bays that require a reservation - these are a good option to ensure availability at your desired time. To book a slot, you must register in Season Golf’s customer system. Guidance on how to do this can be found below at 'Reservations & registering an account'.
Short game areas
Large putting greens on both floors allow you to develop your putting and short-game technique and maintain your feel year-round.
The putting green on the ground floor resembles a normal green in Finland and has a challenging 18-hole par-2 course.
The upper-floor putting green has a PGA Tour-speed surface (stimp rating 12), making it ideal for practicing challenging putts. It is the only one of its kind in Finland.
The 400m² chipping area upstairs provides an excellent opportunity to practice various short-game shots, offering a surface and contours that mimic real outdoor conditions.
TrackMan hitting bays & simulators
You can book a TrackMan-equipped hitting bay for independent practice if you are familiar with using the radar technology and interpreting its data. Season Golf has four reservable TrackMan hitting bays upstairs.
In addition to this, we have two private TrackMan simulator studios located in the lobby with the most advanced TrackMan launch monitors on the market, allowing you to practice in a game-like setting or compete with friends on world-class courses.
Outdoor practice
Season Golf remains a convenient and accessible golf practice hub for western capital region golfers also during the summer season.
28 of the hitting bays are covered, ensuring comfortable practice in any weather. For clear days, there are also 16 uncovered hitting bays.
- Target greens and distance markers help refine your distance control.
- The upper floor features seven TrackMan-equipped bays for an enhanced training experience, either independently or with a coach.
The uncovered bays and ground-floor covered bays are free walk-in spots. Upper-floor bays again, are available for reservations if you want to secure a specific training time.

Green card courses
These courses cover all aspects of the game, golf etiquette, and rules, providing a solid foundation for beginners of all ages.
Beginner groups
Designed for new golfers or those with limited experience. These groups focus on teaching the foundational skills, laying a solid foundation for future skill development. Recommended handicap: 36 - 54.
Recreational groups
Ideal for those who have been playing golf for some time and want to stabilize and improve their skill level. Best suited for players with a handicap between 18 - 36.
Competitive groups
For players seeking systematic and goal-oriented training to improve their skills and competitive performance. Suitable for players with a handicap under 18.
Junior & senior groups
Season Golf offers specialized coaching tailored to the unique needs of junior and senior players. These differ slightly from other groups in lesson content and timing of the sessions.

Jouni is an experienced and highly regarded professional with nearly 20 years of teaching experience. He has extensive experience coaching players at all levels, from beginners to competitive golfers. Known for his approachable and friendly demeanor, Jouni creates a comfortable learning environment.

Ari Koutuaniemi has over 20 years of teaching and coaching experience. Since 2013, he has been working as a pro and junior coordinator at Helsinki Golf Club. Additionally, he serves as a regional instructor for levels one and two of the Finnish Golf Federation. Ari is approachable and always considers his clients' wishes and goals. He welcomes players of all skill levels to his coaching sessions.
Niklas, known as "Dallu" among friends, is a passionate golfer with extensive experience in competitive golf, both as a player and a coach. Over the years, he has gained coaching experience worldwide, including men's and women's European Tour events, some major tournaments, and the Olympics. Dallu specializes in competitive coaching and is currently finalizing his studies to become a PGA professional coach.
PGA Golf Professional Trainee Eero Pohjola teaches players of all skill levels. His teaching approach is technically precise, yet easy to understand, and he is skilled in adapting his style based on the skill-level of the client. He is currently studying to become a professional coach (2025 graduation) and has a strong background in competitive golf.
